    6 Synchro Single Dumbbell Overhead Squats
    8 Synchro Single Dumbbell Devil’s Press
    12 Synchro Single Dumbbell Thrusters

    In the remaining time:

    Max Reps Burpee Box Overs

    M/F Pairs must switch after each complete round

  • Barbell Relay

    Teams will complete For Reps in FF then MM Pairs:
    3 × 2:00 Rounds of:
    9 Deadlifts
    6 Hang Cleans
    3 Shoulder-to-Overhead
    - rest 30s between rounds -

    FF Pairs Complete 3 Rounds - then - MM Pairs Complete 3 Rounds

    Weights increase each round.

    * Partner wall balls are MM / FF back and forth
    ** 1 Non-Working Teammate is always inverted for wall walks
    *** 2 Lengths Sandbag Lunge for each M/F pair, (non working partners walk down with working partners)
