This role is best for people that love people! Areas of responsibility include Registration, Athlete Check-in, Athlete Corralling, Security, Greeters, Score Runners, Nameplate Crew and more!

Effective communication is the key to success in these roles as they are essential to the success of every event!

The equipment requirements for a functional fitness competition are like none other and a dedicated team is the key to things running smoothly leading up to and on the day of the event.

This is a more physically demanding job than the rest and includes lifting, carrying and light labour. You’ll definitely get a workout in this role!

We are always in need for judge volunteers to be a part of the team!

Quality and consistent judging is largely responsible for the success of an event and it’s reputation.

This role requires individuals to be fair and balanced, have integrity and are able to uphold adherence to the movement standards, rep counts and accurate recording of finish times / weights.

Completion of the 2024 CrossFit online Judges Course prior to the event is encouraged.

CrossFit L1 is not required.

Our media team is a group of epic individuals that capture and tell the story of each event.

Photo, video and social media positions are all available.

Event days are fast paced, volunteers should be prepared to be challenged and learn the behind the scenes of real-time media production!

Experience at other events is not required.

People in this role should be ready to help with volunteer care, vendors & sponsors, sponsors and special assignments as needed.

Quick thinking and always pivoting people that love handling a variety of tasks thrive in this role and are the swiss army knives of the weekend!
